TOBACCO RECOVERY MACHINE MTR 150
Recovering and regenerating tobacco from production waste has always been a problem in terms of space and investment; MANFREDI OSCAR –MA.RE SAS. Has developed an excellent machine that represents the solution to these problems.
The compact unpacker “MTR 150 ”, built in AISI 304 stainless steel, is able to process up to 150 kg of cigars / cigarettes per hour with a tobacco recovery of more than 92% (depends on the type of treated product)
The recovered tobacco is not subject to degradation and has no paper residues. TECHNICAL

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE AND WORKING PROCESS
(A) Product loading hopper.
(B) Conveyor belt.
(C) Separator drum.
(D) Vibrating sieves / outlet.
(E) Powder output.
(F) Filters and paper outlet.
(G) Recovered tobacco outlet (H.1000 mm from the floor).
(H) Outlet for dust extraction system.
(L) Product discharge chute.
The product loading hopper (A) is loaded with the product to be treated (cigars / cigarettes / worms).
A conveyor belt (B) transports the product from the inlet to the discharge chute (L). The product falls through the chimney, in a rotating product separator rotor (C) where the product is gently treated. In this phase of fall and rotary movement the product is opened gently, thus avoiding shattering into tiny particles, but maintaining a good tobacco consistency The system conveys the open product (paper, tobacco, filters) and transports it through vibrating sieves, (D). The flow of the already open product, sliding along the vibrating output tray, allows both the advancement and the subsequent fall of dust and tobacco towards the two lower outlets. The paper and filters are conveyed and unloaded towards the outlet (F). Tobacco and powder advance towards the lower sieve and are separated according to the size of the recovered particle, while the recovered tobacco is unloaded from the exit (G), from where it can be subsequently transported in containers or conveyed by conveyor belts. The dust is discharged at the outlet (E). The machine is connected to a centralized system for dust extraction (H), for the control of dust in the atmosphere (both in the upper loading part and on the Exit ) .
