MAIUS HOT TROLLEYS
Our Hot Trolleys for BOILING, working in a bain-marie, are built entirely of stainless steel and can therefore be used in bars and restaurants and for catering in general.
These types of trolleys are equipped, in the basic version, with a minimum three internal tanks used to contain the food and broth (each gastro-norm tank of 530x325 mm depth 150 or submultiples)
In the GN1 / 1 tanks it is possible to insert a special stainless steel accessory of our design called “ Lift “, which allows you to extract the food from the broth and cut it comfortably directly inside the containment tank.
It is possible to vary the combination of GN tanks according to the customer ’s.
To any type of flooring, anti-oil and anti-vibration.
Below the main tank there are two very useful shelves, completely made of stainless steel, where plates and various accessories can be housed in the
lower shelf.
The trolleys can also be used to keep other foods warm (soups, first courses, side dishes, etc.).

MINUS HOT TROLLEYS
New Hot Trolley of smaller dimensions, with the possibility of combining tubs with two-three-four tubs of varying dimensions. This trolley can only contain one lift system.

OPERATION: Our Hot Trolleys, CE marked, work in a bain-marie - 220 Volts: a resistance is positioned in the main tank which heats the water up to a temperature of 70 °-80 ° C .; inserting the vats inside the main vat, you can maintain the temperature of your food for an entire period of table service.
